We deliver business standardization and improvement services to small and mid-sized business with an annual income range of $200,000 - $1Million.
We start by providing you a FREE business assessment based on your responses to your current business challenges. We offer a visit to your business location to observe and provide recommendations to the business, then co-create solutions with you to ensure sustainability after the implementation.
Our rates are less than the cost of hiring an improvement analyst and you do not need to worry about high onboarding cost, hiring challenges or exit risk. We dedicate 4 days to your business monthly (1 Day/ Week) and charge for only those days.
Our clients are typically owners of small to medium sized businesses. Most of our clients understand that their businesses is not where it should be, however, do not know how to fix these challenges. They usually need someone looking from outside to help look at things differently.
